I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms as a contestant in the Ramona Rodeo Queen Pageant: Adherence to Rules: I have read, understood, and agree to adhere to all rules and procedures of the Ramona Rodeo Queen Pageant. I acknowledge that the Ramona Rodeo Queen Committee has the authority to make final decisions on matters not covered by the rules. I agree to abide by the decisions of the judges, understanding that their decisions are final and binding in all aspects of the Pageant. Waiver of Liability: I waive any liability against the Ramona Rodeo Queen Committee, RRF (Ramona Rodeo Foundation), Ramona Rodeo, board members, agents, and volunteers for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in the Pageant, whether due to theft, accident, negligence, or otherwise. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the entities and individuals mentioned above, including those providing vehicles or horses, from any claims related to loss, accident, or injury during the Pageant. Photo Release: I grant permission for the use of my photographs taken during the Pageant for promotional and publicity purposes. Final Acknowledgment and Signature: By signing below, I confirm my full understanding and acceptance of these terms for participating in the Ramona Rodeo Queen Pageant.
